Texture Maker is a powerful and handy texture generator and designer.
The application contains everything needed to create textures for 2D and 3D uses, web graphics creation, image and video editing, game development, etc.
The program offers many tools, settings and adjustments for the user to manage them and create the desired texture, from photos, hand painted pictures, etc. and applying adjustments, and corrections for all the possible parameters, such as color selection, views and perspective corrections, remove visible seams, combine created textures with existing files, etc. Other important tools such as illumination, light, shadow, quad light, etc. help user in the creation psocess.
Filters, distortions, and emboss effects come with the application for seamless textures creation. Special functions to generate patterns and natural textures such as clouds, water, wood, rocks, bricks, etc. that can be modified by filters, and controlled distortions to create erosion effects and more.
Unlimited 'undo' and 'redo' steps will help in the corrections and modifications of created textures. These textures can be previewed on pre-rendered models, in 3D standards, and visualized with landscape integration to create panoramas and environment images.
The application supports plugins and more complex operations (even with scripting commands).

Texture Maker support will not reply to their broken license file and SWREG will not reply either. I was lucky and filed a claim through Paypal and they didn't get a response either so they refunded my money.
This is a shame since the program is an awesome program to make textures with but a 30-day trail is all you get.
Wish I had found this sooner and saved myself the trouble.

This project appears to be quite DEAD. Texture Maker's author is unreachable (dead?) and does not provide support.
Someone occasionally logs with the author's credentials on the support forums, but last messages are dated years ago.
Software licensing scheme is broken, there is no way to contact nor the author nor the payment processor SWREG.
Mails go unanswered, there is no phone number not even on whois for the domain of this site.
